Hi! They call me Porter. I'm an enthusiastic (some might say "pushy") young male dog, about 50 pounds. Maybe some doberman or shepherd in there, but I'm pretty much my own kind of mix. I was turned in to the Pulaski County Shelter, but I really didn't do very well there. I've been in and out of a foster home, and am staying at Flying Fur! at the moment.
I try really really really hard to be a good dog, but sometimes my enthusiasm is just a little overwhelming for dogs and people. I've heard folks say that I'm a "lot of dog." Well, of course I am. I really need a home with someone who is pretty dog savvy and has time to train me, and, well, it would probably be best if I was the only dog.
I'm a really loving dog, and I just want to come home. Please, do you know someone who can help?
