Micah's Mountain House

                        is available for rent August, 2010

Micah's Mountain House (on the hill above Flying Fur!) is available for rent around August 20, 2010.   Almost new (2008) construction.   Three bedrooms, two baths, heat pump, air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, wood burning fireplace.  Back porch the full width of the house with the best view in Giles County!    Dogs permitted (of course!). 

Rental:  $900/month + electricity. (rental rate includes water, sewer, and trash)

(We'd love to find a renter who would be also be interested in / qualified for parttime work at Flying Fur!).
